You can return an item of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Returns of items of proper quality are only possible if the item has not been used, its marketable condition, all manufacturing tags, and the purchase receipt are preserved.

Upon return, processing takes up to 5 business days from the date of receiving the parcel. After your return is processed, the funds will be refunded to the card from which the order was placed on the website. The refund period is 7 business days, but we always try to do it as quickly as possible.

The online store has the right to refuse a return if violations of the conditions for preserving the marketable condition are found.

To initiate a return, please fill out the form you received with your order. If the form is not saved, you can download it here.

Then send the purchased item along with the form, by ordering the "Easy Return" service in the Nova Poshta mobile application or in your online account.

To use Easy Return, you need to:

1. Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile application or business account.
2. Open "My Shipments" and select the received parcel you wish to return.
3. In the "Manage Parcel" section, select "Easy Return."
4. Specify the reason for returning the item from the provided list.
5. Create a new electronic waybill and send the item to the recipient at a post office box, branch, or address.

All costs for exchanging and returning goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
